What level of support can I expect once I have subscribed?

We pride ourselves on continued support for our clients. We want you to succeed. If you need any help onboarding, understanding features, or have any problems at all once you have started your subscription email support@tidytime.co.uk and we will get in touch.

Can I change plans anytime?

Absolutely. Upgrade your plan at any time. If you want to downgrade contact support. Changes are either prorated, or take effect on your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers for annual payments.

Are there setup fees?
